Rose's Boudoir Experience in Our Baltimore Studio

We recently had the pleasure of welcoming Rose into our Baltimore studio. While most of our photoshoots take place on weekdays, this rare weekend boudoir session took place on a sunny Sunday in July to accommodate Rose’s busy work schedule.

After a hectic week at work, Rose found the boudoir session oddly relaxing.

Getting to the Studio

After a hectic week at work, Rose was looking forward to her boudoir session. Although a little nervous, she was mostly excited to try something new. She had packed her sexiest lingerie and was ready to feel like a supermodel for a day. It would be a pleasant way to escape the weekly grind.

Rose was traveling to Baltimore from northern Virginia and she had planned the route carefully and checked the traffic conditions. Unfortunately, she hadn’t counted on the Baltimore Orioles having a home baseball game that day! As she approached the city, traffic suddenly slowed to a crawl. After a bit of traffic-induced stress, she was relieved to arrive at the studio only a few minutes late.

"The different sets had a very artistic look", Rose said of the studio.

Stepping Into the Studio

Stepping into the studio was a relief and the stress immediately melted away. Rose was struck by the atmosphere and the way it made her feel. Later she recalled "I liked the lighting in the studio and the different sets had a very artistic look".

The Baltimore studio has the feel of a trendy urban apartment and is full of rich colors and interesting props. A row of windows along one wall provides beautiful natural light.

Rose’s Boudoir Session

After only a few minutes in front of the camera, Rose was feeling comfortable and confident. "I liked your feedback on how position and poses looked like in your camera view", she told the photographer.

Of course, even the best photo sessions may have some minor mishap! Rose brought a stunning ensemble of accessories to the session that featured strands of pearls at the neck, arms, and hips. Unfortunately, while changing into her outfit, one of the strands broke and sent pearls flying everywhere, some of them spilling out from under the dressing room door. But you would never know it from looking at her amazing photos! It was just one of those memorable moments that you can look back on and laugh about later.

Overall, Rose had a lovely time at the boudoir studio and found the experience oddly relaxing. "You were very professional and easygoing at the same time which made for an enjoyable time".
